Parking:

• The nearest parking option is a small lay-by located directly off the A82, approximately 0.2 miles (a 5-minute walk) from the loch's shore. This lay-by can accommodate a few vehicles but can fill up quickly during peak times.
• For larger groups or those needing more space, the Clachaig Inn car park is about 1.5 miles away, which offers a more secure option and a scenic walk along the road leading to the loch (approximately 30 minutes on foot).

Access:

• The path from the lay-by to the loch is well-trodden but can be uneven in places, with some rocky sections. Expect a gentle descent to the water's edge, which might be muddy after rain.
• There are no gates or stiles to navigate, making it relatively straightforward for photographers carrying camera kits. However, be cautious of the occasional livestock in the surrounding fields.
